1. The Baltic League is an open International series of competitions taking place in the all Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The League has ranking system based on amount of points earned during the season.

4. The Baltic League is an open competition so any competitor of any state or club can take part.
5. The organizer hosting the races can either use their own current or international (IMBRA, Naviga) Rules. The decision is entirely down to each individual organizer.
6. The League is open to junior and senior competitors.
